This policy explains what personal data we process when you use this site and join the Nexopera early-access list, why, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the Nexopera team. For any question about your data, write to hola@nexopera.io.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name if you choose to provide it.
• The page language you signed up from.
• The dates you signed up and confirmed, along with a record of your consent.
• Your IP address and browser identifier, for security and to limit form abuse.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you about the launch and early-access updates. If you accept analytics cookies, we use aggregated usage data to understand how the site is navigated and to improve it.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the form checkbox and, for analytics, by accepting cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie notice. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Retention

We keep your email while you are on the list. If you unsubscribe or request erasure, we remove your data from the list.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@nexopera.io. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your data. Email is sent from our own server. Analytics, if you accept it, is provided by Google. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

We may update this policy. The current version and its date will be posted here.
